*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Processes accounts payable charges to ensure the timely and accurate payment of incurred expenses. Analyzes vendor invoices to ensure charges are accurate, reconciles discrepancies between internal data and invoices, and resolves any issues with the vendor. Processes "stop payment" requests and voids checks in coordination with Accounting. Maintains required record-keeping and databases. Serves as a resource to departments, staff and vendors for accounts payable related questions/issues. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent. Three years of accounts payable or related experience.
