*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs routine and specialized duties in the provision of education and therapeutic activities for children or adults with autism or with typical development who are participating in the program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school graduation or equivalent (GED). Completion of one year of college coursework toward a degree in psychology, human development or a related field OR one year of experience in an early childhood or adult special education program.
