*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Monitors and participates in the day-to-day operations generated from a variety of sources including e-mails, phone calls, counter walk-ins, production edits and project trouble-shooting of the various areas. Develops, updates and administers training with team members and encourages collaboration and team building. Collaborates with team members to design, implement and update training manuals and provides assistance in answering questions. Reviews academic and registrar calendars to plan for upcoming terms and annual projects. Resolves conflicts/issues and/or determines if management intervention is needed. May assign work to staff. In consultation with supervisors, may provide input in performance evaluations and the management of teams. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent and five years of administrative support/customer service experience. Experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred. Computer applications and experience in a university records environment preferred.
