*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Purchases supplies for events or business operations as authorized. Reconciles expense reports. Places maintenance orders via the work management system. Maintains the internal inventory system for furniture and miscellaneous equipment. Processes the receipt and delivery of packages through an internal online supply and package tracking system. Reviews customer service requests via the task ticketing system and participates in determining who is to handle or resolve each request. Provides event setup and breakdown to include setting up and taking down tables, chairs, signage, other equipment and supplies related to the event. Works closely with the catering staff to ensure equipment and setup is correct, and with building services staff to ensure event spaces are properly cleaned before and after an event. Ships, receives, delivers and troubleshoots all package deliveries. Receives, sorts and delivers mail throughout school¿s facilities, on or offsite. Performs minor installations, such as whiteboards, hanging pictures, assembling equipment or small furniture items. Assist in planning and implementing internal and external office moves. Performs all other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent. Two years of work experience in customer service, facilities management, event management, or other related experience. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office applications and email.
