*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists program staff in the development and implementation of program initiatives. Writes briefing materials and reports, performs research, and acts as a liaison with national and international contacts. Assists with budget preparation, and tracks project expenditures. May draft grant proposals. Assists in the design and generation of reports. Coordinates logistical aspects of meetings and project-related travel, and prepares correspondence. Represents the program at conferences. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
