*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Partners with division leaders to design and facilitate organizational development initiatives. Identifies vendors and makes recommendations based on proposal submissions. Uses instructional design methodology to develop training, job aids and other learning materials. Applies adult learning principals in the assessment, recommendation and delivery of training. Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and recommends changes as appropriate. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in education, human resource development, communications or a related field. Five years of professional training experience. Strong organizational, consultant and facilitation skills. Strong time management skills. DDI, Vital Smarts and/or CPLP certifications preferred. Experience in higher educational setting preferred.
