*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs industrial/commercial finishing and patching of plaster and drywall constructed walls and ceilings. Provides assistance in the preparation for an application of various types of coating. May hang wallpaper.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent. Five years of experience in plastering and sheetrock finishing. Proficiency with furniture and equipment refinishing, the use of paint spraying equipment and the application of paint to road surfaces. Must satisfactorily pass a Medical Respiratory Clearance Test and a Respirator Fit Test prior to beginning work and on an annual basis. A valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record. Some positions within this classification may require the ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop and twist.
