*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides basic technical support and training to staff who use personal computers. Installs and maintains hardware and software. Responds to, researches and resolves inquiries of a routine nature regarding various software applications. May assist other information technology staff in the quality assurance testing of newly developed software applications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent. One year of computer applications experience. |
