JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Director of Administrative Systems, leads and manages a team of approximately ten functional and technical professionals in maintaining the Oracle-PeopleSoft Systems supporting the PeopleSoft Financial Systems (financials and grants modules), OR the PeopleSoft Student Systems (Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Student Records as well as ancillary systems such as the Adirondack Housing System) OR the PeopleSoft Human Resources Systems. Collaborates with the management and business functional analysts from each of the university and healthcare business offices these systems support. Works closely with Emory executive management to provide guidance on these PeopleSoft Systems. Leads projects to implement new versions of PeopleSoft. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree and seven years of related experience, including demonstrated technical expertise with PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll and/or Student Administration Systems or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Project management experience. Substantial experience in the implementation and production support of an enterprise system.
