*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversees the development, implementation and evaluation of recruitment strategies and activities for academic programs within a particular school. Attends recruitment functions. Reviews applications and recommends students for admission. Ensures that the applicant pool has a cross section of diverse candidates. Maintains contact with prospective students, candidates and recruiting contacts. Assists in planning and developing recruitment communications, materials and events to educate and inform targeted audiences. Maintains complete and accurate recruitment records. Conducts information sessions and answers questions from visiting students and parents. May conduct campus tours. May assist in staff supervision and evaluation. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business administration, education or related field. Three years of experience in the development or administration of education, professional or business programs, of which two years must be in a supervisory or lead capacity. A valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record. Effective public speaking skills.
