*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists in the student admission process by reviewing student applications for completeness, maintaining departmental databases, generating correspondence, and communicating policies and procedures. Evaluates accepted student transcripts to determine transfer of earned credits. May assist in developing and maintaining departmental information systems. Processes incoming and outgoing mail. Greets visitors and answers and screens incoming telephone calls. Maintains required record-keeping. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of clerical experience.
