JOB DESCRIPTION: Advises students and parents regarding the availability of financial aid, eligibility requirements, and the application and awarding process. Evaluates applications and other documentation to determine need. Awards financial aid within appropriate guidelines and regulations. Develops and administers related policies and procedures. Monitors compliance with federal and state regulations governing student aid. Develops programs related to functional processes. Represents the department in various committees. Enhances the mission of Enrollment Services by providing exceptional customer service. May manage student employment, loan processing, recruitment, support staff or special programs. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree and three years of financial aid experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
