*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Develops, designs, and implements programs and activities designed to strengthen ties between the school and its constituents, with an overall goal of increasing student enrollment. Builds internal and external relationships with students, alumni and peer schools. Manages multiple student focused functions for a school and the staff associated with those functions. Serves on or leads various school or university-wide committees and advisory groups. Provides strategic direction and oversight to improve student affairs processes and operations. Drafts and provides significant input into marketing publications and communications. Acts as a liaison with other student and faculty offices within Emory University and with outside entities. Conducts research for special projects. Compiles data, statistics, and other information in preparation for meetings and reports. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A master's degree and 10 years of progressively responsible student services or related experience, which includes work in higher education, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
