*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Develops and implements activities and events focused on career advising and preparation of MBA students across each program served by the Career Management Center (CMC). Develops the overall student advising strategy and planning process which includes pre-orientation student requirements and responsibilities and the overall education regarding the CMC engagement process while on campus; orientation/pre-class programming, communication plans and student requirements; the determination of what workshops/resources will be offered throughout the year; and the management of career preparation duties. Communicates the engagement plan for incoming and current students to ensure an accurate understanding of CMC services and student expectations and responsibilities. Selects external consultants to ensure proper resource requirement throughout recruiting cycles and across programs. Participates in the development of departmental goals and objectives. Prepares statistical reports and develops, completes and analyzes surveys. Leads special projects. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a field related to advising area and three years of career planning or related business/industry experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
