JOB DESCRIPTION: The Associate Dean will manage a MBA program format to include Full-Time, Evening, Executive or One-year MBA classes, with a combined total of approximately 200 students at graduation. Reporting to the Vice Dean for Programs for the Goizueta Business School (GBS), is responsible for all aspects of the MBA experience, except course development and curriculum, which focuses primarily on students' experience from day one until graduation. Acts in a consultative role to the Admissions and Career Services functions. Works closely with the students, administration and faculty to help maintain the vision for the GBS as developed by the Dean, faculty and the MBA program office. Leads the MBA program office and manages the academic and international component of the program, as well as the leadership and student experience. Serves as Director of Global Initiatives for the GBS. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A MBA and 10 years of related program management, marketing, consulting and/or financial institution or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Higher education experience in a Business School and/or executive level experience preferred. |
