*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Plans, designs and executes projects and the repair and maintenance of equipment. Consults with research faculty regarding specialized equipment. Maintains shop supplies and equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent. Five years of experience in the repair and maintenance of a research facility, research or general equipment, or a machine shop.
