*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Directs the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Day or Evening MBA Program for the Goizueta Business School. Manages the delivery and scheduling of program events. Manages the student experience including day to day operations, orientation and graduation. Initiates and maintains relationships with the corporate community to market the program. Serves as a liaison with university offices and public and private corporations. Develops and implements program objectives and goals. Participates in the development of the program's strategic plan. Oversees the development of operational and statistical reports. Develops and manages the program budget. Hires, supervises and evaluates staff. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A master's degree in business administration, counseling or a related field and seven years of program management, business development, marketing or related experience. A MBA is preferred.
