*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead and support program(s) including developing tools, resources and timelines as needed to ensure program success. Conduct assessments, gather and interpret data, produce reports and provide solutions to support the success of the program. Initiate and conduct assessments through collecting and analyzing data to identify program needs, gaps and make recommendations for improvements. Advise management on issues and matters of significance related to current program success and future initiatives. Establish schedules, oversee arrangements and provide logistics support for events, conferences, meetings, seminars and other venues as requested. Gather and coordinate dissemination of information regarding new or revised policies and procedures, respond to inquiries regarding departmental policies and procedures and make referrals when appropriate. May manage projects related to student progress, enrollment, registration and recruitment. May manage databases and budgets related to project(s) and event(s). May serve as liaison and facilitator among program faculty, students, and administrations to resolve registration, admissions and other program related concerns. May serve as a brand ambassador by representing the University at recruitment events, conferences, meetings, seminars and other events. May be required to present and speak at events. All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in a field related to specified program areas and five years related program management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
