*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides problem-oriented and detailed patient assessments, emotional support, psychosocial counseling, and discharge planning. Assists in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Develops treatment plans, provides patient and family education and serves as a professional resource. Provides individual, family and group therapies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Master's of Social Work from an accredited school of social work. Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia or license eligible. Four years of social work experience is required.
