*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides culturally competent intake assessments, triage appointments, crisis intervention, case management, individual therapy, group therapy, outreach services, consultation, community referrals, and participation in a multidisciplinary approach to the clinical care of Oxford College students at the Counseling and Career Services (CCS) center. Serves as a professional resource providing outreach and consultation to the Oxford community. Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A master's degree or higher from an accredited institution in an applied mental health field, and one year of prior counseling experience in an outpatient setting as a licensed provider. Licensure to practice independently in the state of Georgia in your discipline in an applied mental health field (i.e., LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist) within one year of hire. Licensure to practice in Georgia under supervision is still required. Demonstrated interest in, knowledge of, skills and commitment to issues inherent in a diverse community that values and prioritizes Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice.
