*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Serves as the primary point of contact on-site administering and/or collecting methods for COVID-19 screening tests. Assists in the planning and execution of new sites and operations.
Coordinates contractors and vendors supporting test and/or collection operations. Coordinates infrastructure needs on-site with campus partners to report and maintain site operations.
Supervises and monitors the workflow of department staff, work-study students, and temporary workers. Ensures compliance with university policies of all staff and individuals on-site.
Coordinates individuals visiting the site to direct on-site workflow and ensures compliance with university policies. Assists individuals visiting the site with scheduling appointments.
Oversees the inventory of supplies. Ensures expenses are consistent with the budget for assigned area of responsibility. Collects and reports data for site operations, throughput, and results.
Ensures site sanitation requirements are met. Receives severe weather communications and relays to individuals on-site. Directs individuals to severe weather location(s) as needed.
Communicates with individuals at test site. Confirms receipt of discharge paperwork and/or instruction for students living on-campus, students living off-campus, faculty, staff, and administrators visiting the site.
Serves as a liaison to Student Health Services during connection of students who require consultation due to results of test or response to screening questionnaire. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma and five years of operations or related experience or a bachelor's degree and one year of operations or related experience. Experience using Microsoft Office software strongly preferred. An understanding of HIPAA and FERPA desirable. Work experience in a college or university environment preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must possess a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. |
