*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Ability to perform all duties outlined in the Fulfillment Services Rep, I job description and the following additional duties: Maintains appropriate beverage inventory; tracks inventory and processes orders for various events. Works with beverage vendors to select appropriate products and stay within budget. Handles photography services for the school including events and departmental requests. Maintains a photo studio and purchases photo equipment. Conducts photo sessions and edits, processes and distributes photos electronically or in print form. Maintains school vehicles (2) and assigns vehicles to staff for daily deliveries and courier runs. Reserves any rental vehicles. Conducts daily vehicle inspections and arranges for any vehicle repairs. May assist in overseeing the department helpdesk and in supervising the team as needed. Performs all other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent. Five years of work experience in customer service, facilities management, event management, or other related experience. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office applications and email. Good customer service skills.
