*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Ability to perform duties of Fulfillment Services Rep I & II jobs and the following additional duties: Provides day to day direction and support to staff to ensure all facilities, events, mail, transportation, and other office or facilities needs are met. Schedules staff and makes work assignments. Oversees or responds to customer requests or issues. Troubleshoots mechanical or equipment problems. Arranges for or provides safety training. Works with vendors to provide event, equipment or facilities support. Assists in overseeing the purchasing and ordering of supplies and equipment. Assists in planning and providing leadership in office or equipment moves. Provides input into staff evaluations. Performs all other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree and one year of experience in construction, engineering, architecture and/or coordinating large projects or events, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training. Prior leadership or supervisory experience. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office applications and email. Good customer service skills.
