*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Executes graphic design from concept to final final publication or production. Assists in managing the design of an array of collateral material for publications, web projects, events, and three-dimensional installations such as exhibits and signage, if applicable. Participates in all launch meetings of projects and manages client contact through the production process. Makes recommendations for needed software/hardware and other resources. Makes regular reports to the creative director. Ensures a team approach to project completion. Monitors project budgets and ensures on-time delivery of client jobs. Assists in staff training. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field and three years of experience utilizing appropriate software. An advanced knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred. |
