*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Produces scientifically-accurate visual media including illustrations, animations, models, and interactive platforms and environments for communication with and education of healthcare professionals, patients, and the general public. Collaborates with faculty and staff to determine outcomes that would be improved through the use of visual communications. Proposes effective solutions appropriate for the intended audience. Assists with deployment and ongoing management of final product. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in medical illustration or closely related field, Certified Medical Illustrator and five years of professional medical illustration experience OR Graduate degree from accredited medical illustration program and three years of professional medical illustration experience.
