JOB DESCRIPTION: Executes outreach strategies focused on connecting with prospective and current donors for the purpose of qualification. Leverages strategic questions to adequately qualify the type of philanthropic and engagement relationship constituents want to have with Emory now and in the future. Manages a large volume of outreach for constituents in assigned qualification pipeline. Leverages strategic questions and communications to effectively qualify philanthropic capacity and inclination of prospects. Solicits annual gifts beneath the leadership annual giving level. Refers prospects to Senior Associate Donor Experience Officers or S/U based Directors of Development based on classification of donor. Writes and edits communication materials for distribution to donors. Promotes initiatives with central Constituent Giving office. Maintains information on selected donors and prospects including contact reports in CRM system. Leverages technology stack to execute times and strategic donor communications and outreach. Communicates in ways that are donor-centric, while furthering the mission of Emory. May travel to meet with donors as needed. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in fundraising or related field.
