*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Develops, designs, and implements programs and activities designed to strengthen ties between a program and its constituents. Develops, markets, plans, and manages the events/activities coordinated through the designated program. Works to increase alumni engagement for a targeted audience through alumni and student programming and events, special interest groups, volunteer programs, affinity programs, and online services. Cultivates and manages relationships with volunteers, board, chapter, and affinity alumni organizations. Develops program relationship both within the division, and other campus offices/schools/divisions. May represent the program off campus and manage the integration of activities with other initiatives. Manages a program budget. May manage professional or support staff. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and four years of alumni engagement, event planning, public relations or other related experience OR an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training. |
