JOB DESCRIPTION: Serves as a senior strategy leader within an assigned functional area of the Division of Advancement and Alumni Engagement (AAE), leading the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic initiatives that advance the goals of that area and align with broader AAE and enterprise priorities. Manages complex, high-visibility projects within the assigned area, establishing project frameworks, success metrics, and accountability structures, and contributes to division-wide strategic planning and integration efforts in support of senior leadership. May supervise staff responsible for strategic projects, planning, or operational functions within the area, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement and providing coaching, guidance, and strategic direction.
Advises area leadership on strategic direction, organizational effectiveness, and long-range planning to fortify donor pipeline and maximize fundraising efficacy. Evaluates existing operational processes within the assigned area and implements improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and data-driven decision-making; develops and recommends new methodologies, frameworks, and best practices; and leads change-management efforts associated with new initiatives, systems, or organizational priorities within the area to elevate philanthropic impact. Represents the area in cross-divisional collaborations, ensuring alignment and effective communication. Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree ten years of experience in advancement, administration, operations, or related field with team leadership and staff management experience. |
