*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Directs the strategic planning, development and implementation of a large and complex program or of several smaller programs in Advancement and Alumni Engagement. Develops a unit(s) strategic planning process and oversees progress toward achieving project goals. Develops and administers project budgets. Leads the identification of funding sources, initiatives and strategies. Manages communications for the program(s). Represents the program with various constituencies, meetings and events. Reviews research, analyzes data, and trends. Utilizes data and reports for setting strategic priorities. Serves as a liaison with other university departments. Collaborates with and seeks the support of representatives from other organizations. May supervise staff. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree and seven years of experience in administration, fundraising, alumni engagement, fundraising campaigns, or related experience with supervisory, leadership or management experience.
