*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Works on behalf of division leadership to identify, direct, plan, and implement strategic initiatives for Advancement and Alumni Engagement (AAE). Ensures division priorities and initiatives are in alignment with the university and/or divisional leadership priorities and initiatives. Manages projects, activities, solicitation, and stewardship efforts while engaging divisional leadership. Develops and administers project budgets. Leads the identification of funding sources, initiatives and strategies. Manages divisional communications and supporting documents with various levels of leadership. Works in partnership with and advises division leadership on identified strategic initiatives. Collaborates with and seeks the support of representatives from other organizations. May supervise staff. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree and ten years of experience in administration, fundraising, alumni engagement, fundraising campaigns, or related experience.
