*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Designs, manages, and executes programs designed to enhance and strengthen Emory's relationships with donors and significant donor prospects. Programs may include donor acknowledgment, stewardship reporting, donor recognition, donor engagement, or events. Acts as strategic partner to Emory's schools and units to identify and implement projects for priority donors and programs. Determines goals and strategies for responsible programs, and oversees the evaluation of outcomes and effectiveness. Assists in the strategic planning of the overall donor relations program. May supervise staff. Performs related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree and four years of experience in donor relations, stewardship, fundraising, or alumni engagement OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. |
