*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Works with faculty or external constituencies, for example, healthcare and education, to develop instructional materials (both continuing education and/or for university credit) for delivery in traditional face-to-face and/or web/app-based environments. May research and develop case studies for delivery using novel approaches, including computer and distance learning technologies. May work in collaboration with multimedia developers. May assist faculty or external constituents in integrating instructional technologies into their teaching and training. Evaluates and recommends new instructional methods and associated technology. May instruct students, faculty, and staff in the selection and use of appropriate instructional methods and associated technologies. Serves as training facilitator as needed. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in education or a related field and three years of related experience in an educational environment, OR an equivalent combination of experience, education and training. The ability to manage multiple projects; strong oral and written communication skills; and the ability to interact with both faculty and staff as part of an interdisciplinary team. Current knowledge on pedagogical issues related to education and technology.
