*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Manages current client relationships and designs and delivers both open enrollment and custom programs. Ensures the quality of both the open enrollment and custom programs while simultaneously managing their financial contributions. Supports the business development team in winning new custom clients by providing program designs and participates in sales meetings, as needed. Designs, develops, markets and delivers state-of-the-art open enrollment programs. Engages faculty/content experts to plan and deliver these programs. Manages the program delivery team and ensures successful delivery of all programs. Develops and maintains relationships with returning clients. Retains and grows client base. Conducts needs assessments and translates field research findings into effective program curricula. Collaborates and manages faculty relationships; identifies and cultivates outside content experts. Hires, supervises and evaluates a small staff. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and five years of business development, consultative selling and professional services in business to business markets, or higher education OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience focused on learning and development. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree from an accredited institution and background in leadership and organization development, executive training, or consulting experience focused on people and talent management. KSA: Excellent communication skills: written, oral; individual, small group and formal presentations; an understanding of trends in business/management/leadership thinking, learning and development and business strategy; a strong orientation towards client satisfaction; an understanding of different organizational environments, including academic institutions; and knowledge of educational technologies and methodologies.
