*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Operates heavy equipment including front-end loader, packer truck, backhoe, reel mower and tractor with earthcavator, aerator, pulverizer, bush hog, woods mower, gang mower, or spray tank. Takes the necessary precautions when working with hazardous chemicals and materials and power equipment. Uses personal protective equipment as required. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent. Two years of experience operating heavy equipment. A valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record. Some positions within this classification may require a CDL license, the ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop and twist.
