JOB DESCRIPTION: Functions as a human resources professional with expertise in multiple human resources specialties. Analyzes relevant data and provides input into the design and administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs in an effort to meet the needs of assigned business unit(s). Advises customers, staff and leadership on human resources issues. Interprets and counsels leadership and employees on policies and procedures to ensure their fair and consistent application. Ensures forms and documents are completed in a timely manner. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, and five years of human resources administration experience which preferably includes three years in a human resources specialty, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Proficiency with various personal computer software applications including a word processing, database management, and/or spreadsheet package. |
