JOB DESCRIPTION: *** This position is to be used in the Central Office of Institutional Research and Decision Support. *** Collects, prepares, and analyzes data to support institutional data needs. Primary responsibilities include preparing accurate and timely data for external data submissions, collecting and managing data associated with partner consortia, designing summary reports, and producing data to support operational efficiencies in collaboration with other institutional departments. May assist campus partners in designing survey instruments, collecting survey data in Qualtrics, and developing reports in Tableau. Supports the assessment and reporting needs of the University and its departments to federal, state, and other accrediting agencies. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and two years of data collection and analysis experience or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. Strong analytical and research skills as well as written and oral communication skills required. Preference will be given to applicants with a background demonstrating skills in analytical tools and methodologies (Excel PivotTables, STATA, SPSS, SAS, R, Tableau). |
