*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Implements micro-based desktop, servers, and related hardware and software. Implements workstation connectivity. Assists with system enhancements and modifications. Provides technical support and documentation to meet business objectives. Troubleshoots desktop and connectivity problems. Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of information technology experience OR a bachelor's degree.
