JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Director of Strategic Robotic Process Automation (RPA), the Robotic Process Automation Analyst/Developer III is an integral member of the team that executes Emory's RPA strategy and projects.
Designs and develops UiPath solutions in accordance with standard design principles. Configures new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Supports existing processes and implementation of change requirements as part of a structured change control process. Creates and maintains solution documentation. Participates in peer review of solution designs.
Accurately analyzes and estimates new processes, quickly assessing feasibility. Analyzes, understands, and documents the business processes in detail, as required. Identifies and communicates technical infrastructure requirements. Assesses and solves issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provides timely responses and solutions, as needed.
Communicates with vendor on software related issues; suggests improvements and collaborates with other users in the RPA community. Works within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the project manager; provides input to the change control process.
Creates and documents test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases. Supports the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases. Supports investigation and remediation of production level issues. Supports production deployment processes and performance testing. Supports skill transfer by mentoring newly trained resources on best practices and development techniques. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field and six years of business process analysis and UiPath development experience.
The ability to quickly understand and digest business process and to conceptualize as an automated solution in a team environment. Affinity for fast-paced, project-oriented work environment. Experience with agile development and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes desired. Strong verbal and written communication and the ability to produce clear and concise documentation. Excellent data presentation skills. Must be able to explain technical concepts and analyses clearly and translate business objectives into actionable analyses. |
