JOB DESCRIPTION: The Library Services Coordinator independently manages a variety of complex operational, patron service, and resource management functions within the library. This position may be responsible for some or a combination of the following duties: providing direct support to users, managing acquisitions and cataloging of materials, overseeing reserves, completing preservation tasks, and developing and updating library policies and documentation to maintain compliance and support continuous improvement. The Coordinator may also supervise and train entry-level staff and student workers, oversee service points and stacks, address escalated issues related to acquisitions, serials, and electronic resources, coordinate work across library units, and serve as a resource for complex copyright and access matters. Bridging technical and professional areas, the Coordinator ensures efficient daily operations and the advancement of library services. Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree and three years of library experience, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
