*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of recruitment strategies and activities for academic programs for the university. Attends recruitment functions, reviews applications and maintains communication with prospective students, candidates and recruiting contacts. Assists in planning and developing recruitment communications and materials. Hires, trains and supervises staff. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business administration, education or a related field and seven years of experience in the development or administration of education, professional, or business programs or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Management or supervisory experience. A valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record. Effective public speaking skills. |
