*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordinates a specific area of the recruitment process (international, yield events, etc.). Develops strategy, manages travel and tracks data. Manages student pre-enrollment process, including admitted student website, enrollment forms, and course foundation requirements. Participates on various committees. Attends recruiting events and admitted yield events and travels to fairs domestically and abroad. Interviews prospective students, reviews applications, and provides waitlist feedback and communication. Is primary liaison to business units related to new students (Graduate Program Office, Information Technology, Registrar, Student Financial Accounts). Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and four years of college admission or recruiting experience in a university or business environment or related experience. A valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record. Effective public speaking skills.
