JOB DESCRIPTION: Leads the recruitment process for a specific admission program. Participates in strategy development and manages the programs' marketing process. Attends recruiting events and admitted yield events. Travels to recruiting fairs domestically and internationally. Interviews prospective students, reviews applications and provides waitlist feedback and communication. Serves as a liaison to various programs. May supervise a small staff. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree and five years of college admission or recruiting experience in a university or business environment or related experience. Effective public speaking skills. |
