JOB DESCRIPTION: Leads the vision and strategy for implementing and evaluating policies, procedures and activities associated with student affairs operations for RSPH. Develops programs and initiatives that support the student academic experience. Remains current on regulatory changes and compliance. Supports the Executive Associate Dean of Educational Programs and Sr. Associate Dean of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs by interpreting standards and expectations of accreditation bodies. Conducts ongoing assessments of student data and reports to inform leadership and enhance the academic experience for faculty, staff, and students. Collaborates with University Offices on initiatives to ensure proper resource planning and coordination across related services, tools, and programming. Leads annual review of key publications and the website. Responsible for resource allocation and budget planning for each unit's team. Hires, supervises, and evaluates staff. Leads efforts regarding professional development and staff engagement. Coordinates the training and development of newly onboarded Assistant/Associate Directors of Academic Programs. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in student personnel, higher education or a related field and six years of experience in academic program administration, academic affairs, advisement or training and professional development or equivalent work required. Experience in organizational development is helpful.
