*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides academic advising to an assigned caseload of undergraduate students to supplement faculty advising. Prepares and maintains associated student records. Addresses student academic concerns and provides referrals to campus resources. Builds links with other university offices and support services such as Academic Success Programs, Education Abroad, Student Case Management, and various Campus Life partners. Assists with academic orientation activities. Assist Senior Academic Advisors in further activities such as workshops, programs, and webinars. Serves on OUE committees and working groups.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution and two years of professional academic advising experience, three years is preferred OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
