*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Reinforce the successful implementation of academic programs by managing core administrative and operational functions. Coordinates departmental admissions processes, including application review, managing communications with prospective students, and supporting yield efforts. Advises students on policies, degree requirements, and registration, serving as a central resource for student support. Collaborate with planning and logistics for departmental programs and events, creating schedules, and supporting communication efforts such as newsletters and social media. Serves as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative offices to ensure alignment with institutional goals. Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in education or a related field and two years of experience in academic student counseling or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. A master's degree is preferred. Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with Student Information Systems such as Peoplesoft, Banner, Workday, etc. |
