*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Advances academic program success by overseeing departmental admissions processes, managing the review and evaluation of applications, and implementing strategies to improve yield. Provides advising to students on registration, degree requirements, and academic policies, while proactively connecting them to institutional resources. Independently plans and executes departmental programs and events, develops curriculum-aligned course schedules, and refines communication strategies across platforms such as newsletters and social media. Collaborates with faculty and administrative teams to support departmental and school-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional goals. Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree and three years of relevant experience. A master's degree is preferred. Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to manage admissions processes or academic program coordination, and familiarity with Student Information Systems such as Peoplesoft, Banner, Workday, etc.
