*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordinates one or more programs within Transportation and Parking Services (TPS): transportation, parking, or fleet programs. Works closely with departmental customers to identify appropriate permit, commute alternative program or fleet product or service needs. Monitors transportation and parking customer listserv, special event programs and service quality issues. Schedules, organizes, and promotes transportation, parking, and fleet program outreach and education. Maintains and tracks customer interactions using a variety of systems, including customer relations management system, parking management systems, access control systems, transportation systems, fleet information management system, and related tools to process transactions, investigate, and resolve issues. Assists management with program administration and communication. Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree, or a high school diploma or equivalent, and five years of parking, transportation, customer service or related administrative experience. Strong customer service skills. Positions within this classification may require a valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record. Positions within this classification are required to lift up to 50 lbs and bend, stoop, and twist. |
