*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordinates a Covid-19 Response Team who will be available to support students in isolation and quarantine by answering questions and making appropriate medical and non-medical (emotional, personal needs, and academic) referrals. Coordinates with campus partners, and sometimes family members, to assist with follow-up such as transportation to appointments or academic needs. Serves as the primary support for students assigned to quarantine or isolation housing. Ensures that the community is well educated on the parameters of isolation and quarantine and have what they need to support this process. This includes, but is not limited to, collaboration with staff for coordinate housing assignments, key pick-up, and items needed from a student's room, coordinating relocation transportation of students to isolation or quarantine housing and meal delivery, and working with runners to meet other needs. Assists in coordinating any purchases of items for students in isolation or quarantine housing and works with runners to have items purchased and delivered. This also includes the 'support packages' for students in isolation and quarantine that include a personal hygiene package and a medical package (mask, gloves, thermometer, hand sanitizer, etc.). Provides Wellness resources and support to address any non-medical need or concerns and answer questions as they arise. Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Five years of administrative support work, or a bachelor's degree and one year of related experience, preferably experience working in a college or university student residential environment and setting. Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record; must be insurable.
