*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Directs the planning, development and implementation of a large and complex program or of several smaller programs. Monitors program budgets. Implements short and long term goals and objectives. Oversees related special projects. May represent the program in various national and international settings. Collaborates with and seeks the support of representatives from other organizations. Establishes and administers policies and procedures. Supervises staff. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, public administration or a related field and five years of related experience which includes two years at a management level, OR an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. |
