*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides strategic leadership and technical direction for various aspects of a large and complex international program. Responsible for overall management , technical development, implementation, personnel, budget and financial oversight of program. Build partnerships and relationships, work with donors. Directs the strategic planning, development, and operations of a large and complex program. Plans, administers and monitors program budgets. Develops short and long term goals and objectives. Oversees related special projects. May represent the program in various national and international settings. May manage the solicitation of funding from foundation, corporate, individual and governmental donors. Collaborates with and seeks the support of representatives from other organizations. Establishes and administers policies and procedures. Supervises staff. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in public health, social sciences, public administration or a related field and ten years of related experience which includes five years at a management level, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
